Over the last week 3 Mercedes Sprinter vans have been stolen from the Denbighshire area. In each case they were stolen without keys.
The news was reported today by the Community Safety Unit at North Wales Police and van owners right across the North Wales coast are being asked to be on their guard and take preventative measures to secure their vehicles.
"Sadly the manufacturer's security for most vans could be a lot better; so if you own a similar type of van consider fitting additional security, such as dead-locks, door handle guards, OBD Port locks, pedal boxes."
