More than £82,000 in cash and criminal assets has been confiscated from a 75-year-old drug dealer from Gwynedd.
Arthur Hughes, of Maes Bleddyn in Rachub, is serving a three-year-and-two-month prison sentence after being jailed in June for possessing heroin with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.
At a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing at Caernarfon Crown Court on Monday, the total value of his criminal activities was estimated at more than £151,730.
The court ordered the forfeiture of £82,401 in cash and criminal assets. Drugs and drug-related equipment found during a search of his home were also ordered to be destroyed.
PC Jacob Swift, of North Wales Police, said officers would continue targeting people seeking to profit from drug dealing and use all available powers to take away assets acquired through criminal activity.
